What is the Leafs Virtual Training Series?

The Leafs Virtual Training Series presented by Lightlife is a high definition on-demand series of hockey skill development videos for children, ages 7-15 of all skill levels. Watch on any device and follow along as our Hockey Development Staff Coaches and special guests take you through drills that will help improve your confidence and skills on the ice.

Your choice of on-demand hockey training video series available after registration:

1. Video Series One (5 videos for 7-11 yrs old) OR

2. Video Series Two (5 videos for 12-15 yrs old)

Please note: You will be prompted and required to create a Sports Engine account prior to registration.

What Do You Need?

A hockey stick
An internet connection
Space where you have enough room to stick-handle a few steps in each direction
A desire to work hard and improve your game!
